We accept refunds or exchanges only in case you received damaged or broken cookie cutter(s). Our cookie cutters are of a high quality and for more than a year of shipping none of them has been damaged or broken during the transportation. But we cannot exclude that such probability exists. In this case please contact us via e-mail (contact@makecookies.store) within 3 business day after you received the package, send us a photo of the damaged/broken and we will send you a replacement.
